The materials and modules created during the project have been and will continue to be used in future events across various European cities. These activities, which include academic courses, training sessions, seminars and online webinars, are a core part of the project’s dissemination strategy, designed to expand the reach of the consortium’s outcomes.

Academic courses
In February 2026, HydroEurope will host a special condensed edition in Barcelona. This one-week event is designed to share the valuable resources and findings generated throughout the three-year program. A new cohort of European students will gather to build upon the project’s collaborative work, using the existing case studies as a foundation for learning and evaluation. The event will focus on the following topics:
- Flood risk analysis under new climate change projections
- Hydrological rainfall patterns
- Uncertainties in hydraulic and hydrologic modelling
- Ground water analysis and water pollution

IAHR Training Courses
A series of expert-led training courses to bridge the gap between theory and real-world application. The initiative aligns with IAHR’s strategic mission to support engineers, young professionals, and practitioners globally. It is designed to enhance capacity building and knowledge exchange.
